CANCELLATION POLICY
I wanted to kindly remind you of my cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for both you and other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. This policy helps me maintain my schedule and provide the best service to all of my clients. I understand that things can come up unexpectedly, and I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
